Yeah, so I made some covers today and I'm pretty proud of them so I'm just kind of like "Well, might as well make some more." So yeah. I'm not promising you'll like them, or that I'll do it quickly or anything - I have school, homework and my own NaNo novel to worry about, but I will do them (eventually). Obviously I'd make sure to the best of my ability that it'd look seamless. :) I use GIMP; so they may not be as good as Photoshoppers (I'm broke and therefore have no money to buy Photoshop :P) but I'll try to make them as seamless and professional as possible ^^ Okay guys, just post with a synopsis, title, general style, author/pen name and any stock pictures you already have (or pictures you have the right to use commercially). My working titile is Time and Eternity and The Eighth Seal. Here is my Synopsis : The fracturing of eternity could mean the end of all life as Tucker knew it. Thankfully he was also the only one who could be counted on to pull everything back together again and of course save the world. But with Time debating if it's going to be on his side or not he's got to act fast to resolve what's been done. It was a slip and slide of evil. The twister of evil. The chutes and ladders of evil and all there was were ladders. here is a more in depth blurb Time is a four year old blonde girl, who was once one of the Five Horsemen of the apocalypse. And i't's not fair that she was de-ranked and made to babysit mortals by keeping schedules. Fortunately for her Eternity (her long haired too fat to walk by himself silver cat) Is unbeknownst to her, her Seal that will return her in spite of the other Four to her rightful place as a Horsemen and just in time for The Wake. http://browse.deviantart.com/?q=four%20horsemen&order=9&offset=72#/d2665st I do like the way he has the horses with the fading clouds in the background, that could easily be shopped into a girls facial features or a cats. The start of the book is pretty light hearted, but then ~~edges~~ plummets into the dark abyss. Author Name : Cleo Bourne General style will be apocalyptic,deceit, manipulation the Famine in my story though, is female. Just as a side note.

Her parents had money, enough to buy her love on a regular basis, which isn't something most teenagers would object to, even if it did mean she never got to see them. She had the guy, too - tall, handsome, popular, with a dad even richer than hers and a mind to marry her once they were through with Uni. There was no way she would ever call herself happy, but in the grand scheme of things, her happiness didn't matter. Until, that is, she met Cherry, a crazy artist stifled by her conservative parents, who only wanted to run away and never look back. Suddenly Bella was feeling things she never knew she could feel, and all the parts of herself she had been trying to push into the deepest depths of her soul were waking up. And now, Bella has to make her choice. I couldn't find any images, sorry!

I think your covers are spectacular! Really. Author Name: Tish Heath Story Title: Between the Ditches General style: poetic chick lit. Story: A 20 something girl traveling across Canada in the summer time selling her greeting cards to every town she comes across. She uses the money to pay for gas to keep her going. She sleeps in her car, meets lots of interesting people, has a couple of misunderstandings with the police, sees a forest fire, the northern lights, a snowy owl, she has successes and failures, meets interesting guys, misses her Mom. She is allergic to gluten which makes her paranoid and crazy. I am open to any ideas - I don't have any pictures in mind. Tish

Hi... Author name: Cassandra Greenback Story title: Doppelganger Style: Fantasy Synopsis: (Very condensed version) Everyone has a doppelganger, a mythical exact twin. They live in an alternate world called Doppelganger. Melvin, my MC, has no emotions. He feels nothing when he accidentily kills his doppelganger, Jinx, in a car crash. He is taken to Doppelganger by a girl named Cat who is the doppelganger of Jade, Melvin's new friend. Cat has gone slightly crazy from the death of Jinx, her boyfriend, and out of rage wants Melvin dead. Cat has accomplices called mimes, mute albinos who are nobody's doppelgangers. The mimes can compress air into solid walls, ropes, etc. using their hands. Jade... may or may not die in the end (if she does, it will be to save Melvin because if you are killed your doppelganger dies too.) At the end Melvin gets his emotions back. That was a bit of a pedantic summary there... sorry. :) I have no picures in mind.

Sorry for the double post: Cat has dark hair, looks slightly Asian, has dark eyes, and wears steampunk clothing with top hat and goggles. (if you choose to include her in your cover, please keep all clothing G-rated and covering everything... thanks.) Melvin has dark eyes also and short dark hair that sort of stands up on all ends like he's been electrocuted. He's slightly pale with big nose and ears. He wears a red T-shirt and jeans. Jade looks like Cat but with purple t-shirt, jeans, and orthopedic shoes. This is just really if you choose to include the characters in the cover. Just wanted to give you enough material to work with... sorry if I'm being a pain... thanks. :)

The mother of the two, as well as the owner of the hotel, is unaware of the pain lurking behind the plastered smiles on her children’s faces, a pain which only she could cause. Many of the tenants harbor regrets and secrets they would much rather forget, but after meeting the new arrivals, they begin to realize some memories are worth keeping. I wish I had some cover-making talent xD Title: Remembrance Author: Caroline Billard Genre: Literary Fiction Synopsis: One can never expect what twists will be surprised with during their life. Wes, a young adult, overlooked the simplest things in life. He was a typical teenager, just wanting to live; to not care about much, to do whatever he could to keep things interesting or accomplish something. While he was not a terrible person, Wes was ignorant and lived without many cares. Never could he have guessed what was to become of him. A completely unexpected snow storm caused panic within victimized areas. Applewood, a small town in northern Vermont, was hit with slick ice acting as a shell on the roads and snow covering everywhere else. It being late October, people knew that this was not normal. After an unavoidable car accident, Wes was left in a hospital, lucky to be alive. Seemingly fine on besides a couple of cuts and bruises on the surface, everyone was surprised when he woke up, only to find that he had no memory of anyone or anything, besides his mother. Once fully recovered and released from the hospital, Wes was thrown back into the world with a huge task at hand: re-learn what life is all about. New insights on society, nature and just the world in general are found as he ventures deeper into newly found thoughts. I really, really like your covers, so if you could design one for me, that would be fantastic. I have a couple different novel ideas going, so if you could make one or the other that would be great. Novel One: Title: The Auxilium Society Author: A.L.S. Synopsis: Time is running out. And Zy is getting frustrated. Trapped in the underground high tech paradise of the Auxilium Society, where it is all talk and no action, Zy is constantly waiting. He still isn't ready to be let out into the world yet, for he is still dangerous after what The Scientists have done to him- transformed him from an innocent twelve-year-old boy into a killing machine, part computer, part machine, part human. He struggles- he does not understand who he is, and is starting to lose his purpose. All he knows is that The Auxilium Society stole him, and he has been repogrammed for good. Or has he? Yet, Zy's future starts to brighten up as a precocious ten-year-old Mia Morton starts to bring in the light that he had long lost, but Mia has troubles over her own. She is trapped in her own world of propoganda and strangled by the limitations of her age and gender, Mia tries to be recognized as the genius she is. The passive, angry and sexually frustrated young man suddenly finds himself in a world of taboo and confusion, where his own will is pitted against that of his much more forceful brother. Style: I prefer simplistic covers with maybe one central image and a black or white background. One of the more important themes of the novel is control and the amount that Sasha's younger brother has over him, and the small amount that he has over his own life, so I kind of have an affinity for marionettes on the cover but I also am completely open to you doing whatever you think fits. My writing style is jagged and disjointed so I would like the cover to be on the edgy side versus pretty or anything. He was suddenly flying in space and going faster than light! He reached a far planet and made friends with an alien with some difficulty. He realized slowly that he was in fact greater and bigger than what anyone would think he was. And stupid though he seemed for the moment, he was going to be the key to unlocking the many mysteries of the universe. What mysteries he found out about himself and how he unfolded each of them slowly and did what he never would have imagined is what this story is about. If this does not help... then the excerpt: Excerpt: It took Dennis less than a second to realize that he was in space... Your covers are absolutely fabulous. Are you in the graphic design world or planning to go in it? Also, your word count is ridiculous with the covers you are churning out. Well, of course I'm going to request one, thought I'm sure you're busy! "A Debt in the Family" By T. D. Roch Diana, Jodi, Brett, and Cameron Milton have all graduated from prestigious universities, with the moral support of their parents, Walter and Emma, and the financial support of the United States Government. But badly in debt with no way out that doesn't involve robbery, the lottery, or working well into their nineties, the Milton family does the only reasonable thing to do: they fake Walter's death, because a clause in the Free Application for Federal Student Aid will expunge all debts if the person who provides the main source of income for the family dies. Anne and Henry married and she provided him with another daughter- Elizabeth. History says that Henry was angry at the birth of yet another daughter and had Anne executed. But what if the history books got it all wrong. What if Anne Boleyn had fulfilled her promise to provide Henry VIII with a male heir to the throne? Would he still have done away with her and married Jane Seymour? What would happen to the history of religious reform in England? How would the succession to the English throne be affected? (Anne Boleyn's badge during her reign was a white falcon holding a scroll in one foot and standing on the other. The falcon is wearing a crown and standing on a tree stump. There are some red and white tudor roses at the base of the foot on the stump- I mostly want to capture the idea of the falcon moving upward in a positive direction) I'll trust your judgement.

His father is a man of broken promises and sky high expectations. In Jason's life there's only black and white, nothing but high and lows. The only stability is his best friend Amy. In 5 year intervals we follow how Jason will grow from the scared kid into a man who thinks he has it all and has forgotten who he is and what he could have been. There's some darkness in the novel and a lot of drama and what I'm ultimately going for is showing how and why Jason chooses to lock himself away and become someone fake, someone hidden behind a mask an how that fake smile of him will turn itself against him in the end. Awesome work! Here is my info, I would love your take on my novel. Tis is my first nano, and so far the whole thing is great! So many creative people! Title: Identity Crisis Author: S. M. Nystoriak Genre: Mystery/suspense Synopsis: A man's memories are removed by the Information Retrieval Unit, a unit under the FBI, in the hopes of being able to solve a horrific crime. The man was a witness to the crime, but cannot remember what he saw due to shock. As part of the proceedure, another person's memories are implanted into him, thereby changing his memories and identity altogether, or so the IRU thinks. As the story unflods, the man realizes that he is not who he thinks he is, and that his life is somehow connected to another man's, who the world believes is dead. The stroy is about the man trying to reclaim his identity. As far as any ideas that I may have for the cover, I don't know. I have not got a clue about graphic design. The protagonist is a research scientist, and the antogonist is a special agent for the Information Retrieval Unit, if that helps. Thanks, and I hope you have the time to do this. Sure, he hasn't talked to his parents in a few years, and his best friend Kyle is totally crazy and can't focus on anything but the adorable Callie, but these things happen. What he's focused on is finishing up college and getting into a good med school, so he can go on to helping as many people as possible. What starts as a chance encounter between him and stranger, however, snowballs out of control. When Luke realizes that the stranger isn't human, and neither is he, he's forced to evaluate everything about his life, especially himself. While reevaluating, he inadvertently sparks the two rival sides of Heaven and Hell into action. One side wants him dead, one wants him to join them, and Luke wants nothing to do with either of them. Backed into a corner, Luke taps into the source of power his inhuman side left behind for him. Every time he uses it, however, he loses more of himself. Her mother, in an attempt to cheer her daughter up, drags her along to volunteer at hospice. There she meets Henry, a forty five year old dying from an autoimmune disease. Henry got a master's degree, was an engineer for Boeing, quit, moved halfway across the coutry, started a book store, sold it. He's been and done everything he wanted to in life, and although he's sad about how short his life was, he's not sad about dying. Him and October begin a friendship, and he becomes a mentor for her, guiding her through her year and showing her how get out of the selfish place she was in with Toby and with everyone. October is there when he dies, and at the last minute Henry's sister, who has spent the whole novel trying to get to Chicago to see him, shows up and is able to say goodbye. I have no idea where to take this so I can't really suggest any photos. Sorry. Thanks though!

Summary: Lebanon, Kansas. It's an unremarkable town, home to a mere 218 people. But it was there that four college theater dorks driven by a deep, passionate love for the works of Neil Gaiman were determined to go. It was to be be a quick stop on their trip. Get out of the car, take a picture of the plaque that labeled Lebanon as the geographic center of the continental United States, and get back on the road. Nothing complicated. They just wanted to say that they'd been there. Just wanted to live the words on the page. No one saw the deer coming. No one saw the deer at all, actually, except for Zeke, who was heavily sleep-deprived and who might have been hallucinating. But 15 miles out of Lebanon, the car crashed and totaled, leaving the group stuck in the middle of Kansas, severely lacking funds and far away from home. Luckily for them all, Zeke's mother tells them that she "knows a guy" in Lebanon that's willing to take them in for the summer. Roger. Who just happens to be Zeke's father. Left with no other option, the four accept Roger's offer. Synopsis: Set in 1873, the story begins when the young Theo Neumann is forced to flee his home after being accused of stealing a revolutionary design for a steam drill from his powerful former employer. Pursued across the country by a sadistic bounty hunter named Wolf, Theo makes his way to Virginia City, Nevada, site of the largest silver rush in American history. He quickly finds a job on one of the many mining crews, all locked in fierce and sometimes violent competition with one another. It is perfect work for someone trying to keep a low profile—as long as you don’t mind the daily risk of injury or death. But deep below the surface of the earth, Theo is about to discover that silver isn’t the only thing hiding in the rock. Something has been listening to the growing noise of the mining—and it is not happy. There are legends about creatures that live in the depths. Some call them Tommyknockers. Title: Rendez les âmes (loosely translated it is : Give back the souls) Subtitle: Mallory Gauthier - tome 1 (I'm planning on making a series out of it, "Mallory Gauthier" being the name of the main character) Author: Shanodyn Genre: Urban Fantasy Synopsis: Mallory is a Guardian of the Dead. As such, she wields the power to send the souls of murdered people to the Realm of the Dead. But after five years of witnessing human foulness, the young woman is collapsing under the weight of her responsibilities. She meets two vampires (Lazar and Matthieu both handsome, both deadly, both mysterious) who can both give her what she wants (a normal life without her power) but only one of them is sincere about his feelings about her and she will discover the hard way what it means to be entangled with both good and evil at the same time, eventually provoking a desastrous war between different vampire clans. (I'm sorry this synopsis sounds a bit lousy but the more I write my book and the harder it gets to write a synopsis... Go figure.) Description of main characters (in case you need it): Mallory has white hair and golden eyes. She usually wears jeans and black tee-shirts and isn't much for the makeup. Lazar is a slavic 800 years old vampire, former prince and warrior. He has shoulder-length brown hair and loves to dress with style (old fashioned tuxedos and such). Matthieu is a much younger vampire who loves to dress as a goth with leather and fishnet tanktops. He has very long blond hair and deep blue eyes. Description of an important scene (still in case you need it): The three main characters find themselves at the same Halloween party where the two vampires are going to "fight" for the lady by dancing with her. (Lazar is dressed as the devil with red horns, Matthieu is a fallen angel with big black wings attached to his bare shoulders and Mallory is pure angel, entirely dressed in white with little white wings). Wow, all of these look amazing! Title: Hollow Crag, Lonely Abyss Author: Sofiya Semenova Style: Literary Fiction Synopsis: A group of friends live in a boarding school atop a cliff. All is fine until one of them, Athena, starts to see hallucinations and people disappearing. All of her friends have a different opinion about what actually happened. Nathaniel thinks that she's not crazy but only because he wants to reassure himself, because the most important thing to him is to keep everything normal. Greg thinks that she's not crazy and actually is seeing reality for what it is; he thinks that the school is really an asylum and Athena has started to slip out of her schizophrenia. Casey thinks that reality is non-existent, largely because she grew up as a fundamentalist Christian and still has a hard time forming her own opinion about truth. Harley thinks they're all just insane and doesn't want anything to do with them. As the disappearances continue, Athena is torn between everyone and the answers they give. What actually happens in the story is never really certain, because the viewpoint that it happens from is never quite reliable. We are left to decide for ourselves what has truly happened, but (spoiler alert) there is no answer. Sorry for the vagueness, haha. I find that giving a synopsis of this story is so hard to do because nothing is really definite. Anyway, if you could (ever) possibly find the time to make a cover for this, that'd be great! It is said that Dragon songs can influence the naturally occurring crystals growing wild on their world, which influence in turn the powers of the natural world. Don't know if you want to feature the Dragon Flute, but if you do, it's crafted from the resonating chamber of a Dragon. (this concept is from the resonating chamber of a Veliciraptor which was apparently from Jurassic Park but to give you the idea: http://www.myjurassicpark.com/jp3-reschamber.jpg that would be what it looks like, but from a Dragon not a Dinosaur. Attached to that chamber would be a man-designed flute, so that a human could make music through the resonating chamber via the flute, if that makes sense. Though it should look a little different to a regular flute, maybe the holes in different places, because it's Dragon music after all. The Moon on this world is very large, like a second planet in their sky, and it has rings like Saturn except they are rainbow-tinted like the Northern Lights. (when I think of a cover, I see across the face of the moon I see the great shadow of a Dragon in flight.) Thank you so very very much for maybe considering my request!

I’d love a cover if you’re taking new ones, I don’t know if you’ve worked through all your backlog. Worth a shot anyways! Basically, what I’m looking for is an cover of a man raising a mattock or a hoe over his shoulder, done in the style of an Art Deco relief, simple and stylized. For a background, mountains in the distance with the sun half-visible over the tops, casting rays into the sky. Would something like this be possible? Do you do drawing work, or use stock images with the GIMP tools to create your covers? Genre:young adult/fantasy Synopsis: I don't really have a concrete synopsis yet, but the story is the myth of Echo and Narcissus, just switched around to present day with teenagers. Amanda talks too much, and about too many people. After her most recent insult caused a depressed teen in her school to commit suicide, that students dying wish is granted. Amanda has been punished by (I haven't actually decided what high being will punish her yet). From now on, she can only build sentences out of the last words said to her. (for example, if someone said "hi Amanda", she could say hi but couldn't say the persons name because it wasn't spoken to her. For now, it doesn't matter; everybody hates her too much anyway. But, eventually, Amanda needs to speak, and then her whole life is turned upside down. Ideas for cover: maybe a silhouette of a girl with her mouth open, and the word echo comingoutof it? Other than that, Creative reign is all yours.

Angelina Genre: Science fiction Synopsis: Mica never wanted to be a hero, but in a world at war she doesn’t have much choice. The dragons are fierce, they are terrifying, and on the ground humans don’t stand a chance. In the air Mica is the best of the best, but even she can’t be everywhere at once. Eagle has nothing left. No memory, no friends, no goal but to head east and keep her freedom. Instead she stumbles onto a military base, gets mistaken for a traitor and condemned to death. Her would-be executioners offer her a fighting chance though, which for Eagle is the equivalent of escape. The Crazies have been trying and failing to continue on without their leader, Mica. Their sacrifice brought hope back to the world, but where do the heroes go after the world no longer needs them? A mysterious girl they were supposed to kill inadvertently sends the Crazies on their last mission, and this time they may be the one most in need of rescuing. Ideas for cover: Maybe an eagle battling a snake, or something. Most of the story takes place in the desert, and it vacillates between past and present (in the story world). The sky and angels are a big theme, as is a bent sword and a broken rosary. Mica's spaceship, which is eventually her tomb, is described as blue as the night sky, with an image of an angel that would linger long after the ship had left. The book's colors are kind of midnight blue and gold. Anyway, you pretty much have free reign here. Thanks in advance.

Hi, this is going to be very weird, but I had another artist to make me a cover and love what they have done. But I think it would look better with a menacing silhouette of a man in the background. Not too overpowering, just there if that makes any sense. I'll post the link to what she's already created. Population: 2386. But not for long. On her way home through the thick fields surrounding her house, Rowan Dupont comes across the unconscious body of a naked man. The man, upon awakening, has no memory of who is, or where he came from. All he can remember is his name; Quinn. Rowan decides to house the injured stranger until he is able to recall his memory, but the next day Rowan gets a visit from the sexy - and very serious - detective Phoenix Abdul. Phoenix bears terrible news about a mass murder that occurred in the fields during the night, with at least 12 women and men found dead. The worst part? Rowan is their main suspect. And things can't get any better when Phoenix discovers the injured man sleeping in Rowan's bed. I'd absolutely LOVE it if you could make me one :D Title: The Victoria Project Author Name: Nadea Bekh Type: YA, realistic fiction Synopsis: On a map of California, most perfectly fitted in the jutting angle, is a most perfect little circle marking the most perfect little town, Victoria. Built on visions of reputation, grandeur, and distinction, it comes right out of a fairytale with its sculpted hills, spray painted golf courses, and cookie cutter buildings. But fairytales never last, and as you near the south part of the city, things begin to turn more dark and dangerous, things begin to turn more real. Melody, Aiden, Dianna, Michael, and Ashleigh, five perfectly different people who’ve formed a refreshingly unperfect relationship, joined under the Victoria project. Together, they attempt to break barriers, prejudices, and assumptions, and maybe, in all the rubble, they’ll find a bit of themselves. That's my "summary" on the site... A more, understandable, version: Victoria, mostly North Victoria, is a town that hates change, hates anything different, anything new. These five highschoolers, Ashleigh, Dianna, Michael, Aiden, and Melody, are used to this. But when they all join the Victoria Project, each for their own reasons, they all realize that beneath every person, underneath every mask, there's an actual human being, a unique story. Ideas: Well, I was imagining a dark black and white picture of five kids (14 ish years) facing away from the camera and the title the focal point of it all. With the "VICTORIA" in caps, and maybe colored like a mural in contrast to the other words and background picture? Whatever you think, though, I'm sure will turn out awesome. Colors/Key Symbols: (for example a skeleton key is REALLY important): The murals that were painted were collages and representations of the diversity in the community, they were hopeful, yet real. The last mural was a silhouette of the kids holding hands, so that's important, too. Colors are not too contrast-y, like graffiti, but more toned down, a little lighter color scheme than monochromatic, but still vibrant.

I loved the first cover you made for me so much that I'd like to request a cover for the novel I'm currently working on. Title: Worth the Bullet Author: C. Angelina Type: Sci/fi Synopsis: Rita stands convicted for a crime she didn't commit. Rather than face a punishment that would force her to give up the only thing she's ever been able to keep safe, her body, she goes on the run. They chase her, of course, but the hunted quickly turns into the huntress as Rita loses herself in the symbol she's become - the White Rose. But when the man who framed her in the first place threatens the only person she loves, Rita will have to either harden her heart one more notch, or give up everything she ever fought for. All Jonathan knows is that Rita's harder to catch than anyone thought she would be. She's a mission, a prize to be won. The price on her head climbs with each successive kill, and Jonathan needs the money to escape his place in the Serpents. But an image of Rita lingers in his head, an image that's too beautiful to destroy. As the noose tightens around Rita's neck, Jonathan will have to decide whether that image is worth losing everything for. Key symbols: A white rose is probably the central theme to the story. It has an urban setting, but different in that new, high tech skyscrapers dominate the old construction. A system of tubes connects each scraper, and Rita spends a lot of time riding on top of the tubes on her hover board. A bullet and/or gun is also important to the story, as is a katana, Rita's weapon of choice. You pretty much have free rein here, I can't wait to see what you come up with.

Two versions of varying opacity. One being completely solid, the other being a bit more seethrough (and therefore allowing you to see the background picture better). It's probably not the best of the best, but I hope it suffices. :) [x]

Wow, I am simply in love with your covers. They are breathtaking! I'm going to request one, but only if you have the time to do so. :) I always feel sorry for people designing covers, because they are constantly getting requests...and I know you have a life! So only if you have the time, here you go: Title: Reflection Author: Yumna Jamal Genre: Young Adult Synopsis: The story revolves around an 18 year old girl in Pakistan. It focuses on the concept of women living there. Cover ideas: I dont want the cover to have the face of anyone, but maybe if you could find a picture of a young woman in a scarf with her face turned towards a middle eastern city or something. I want the cover to be somewhat girly. Maybe some damask designs, the color purple, peacock feathers, calligraphy are all things that would be cool if you incorparated. :) Thank you so much just for reading. :)

Title: The Darkness (it's in two parts in one book, Darkness Rising and Darkness Fallen) Author: Esther Lowery Genre: Fantasy Synopsis: River Sevira is just your average seventeen year old girl growing up in Scotland with her two siblings, Oak (twelve) and Violetta (eighteen), until she meets sixteen-year-old Will Nandrid and his siblings, Callie and Sadie, and her life changes forever. She finds out that she is the descendant of King Arthur and then she is chased along with her younger brother and sister and friends to Southern Ireland and all the way back again by creatures that she thought were myths. Now she has to find a way to put the monsters back to sleep before they hurt anyone else. Cover ideas: I don't really have any, but maybe quite dark, because it's quite a dark book...or maybe a picture of a hydra (one of the main monsters)? I don't really have any preferences. It's not got a hydra but the cover itself is quite dark, and the rocky hills could easily be attributed with Scotland or Ireland (they're in Scotland though, I believe). Here you go :) [x]

Title, The Mistress of Misery Author Name, Crystal Pereira Summary: A young teenage girl’s journey to discover who she is, while trying to keep a hold of a past that is slipping through her fingers. Arianna is trying to find her place in her world with changes because of events beyond her control that made her separate who she is from who she was. Arianna sets herself a goal that seems impossible to fulfill. With magic power that set her aside for all but those who condemn her and the pain her mind that comes for old scars. She continues forward not out of choice but because it’s the only direction she can go with old friends turned enemies behind her and when she tries to settle down she is pushed back into the fray by whatever means necessary. When aid offer with a chance to gain more will she take it and will she want to keep it and if she does will she get out the other side in one piece or will she break before her goal is accomplished? The theme is dark, loss of self, pick up the pieces and friends turned enemies. Rain clouds have an important aspect in the story as well. idea/pictures: Arianna has white hair and wears grey no colors and six old friends that I would like in the background watching her

Title: Dusk Walking Author name: Zoe Quinn Shaw Summary: New York has lost half of its population to radioactive poisoning and fear due to the event that destroyed the city. Jack and Luke, among many others, were singularly affected by the radiation. Now, one commits crimes to attract attention and the other tracks him down. One lives and sleeps rough while the other is considered the Messiah. However, they are not the only reason why the once-great Big Apple is to be avoided. Mood/theme/colours: I've always preferred dark, neutral colours for the book, so black and grey would be fine. The city plays a big part in the book, especially fire escapes, fires, subway stations, police stations, etc. Pictures: I don't have any, and I would actually love just one or two solid colours to be the background. But if you want to use a picture, I listed the themes above, but there can't be any copyrighted photos.
