Anyone good with Photoshop who'd be willing to manip a character image for me?

I modeled one of my newest characters after Blake Lively (physically speaking). Then she informed me that she doesn't actually look like Blake Lively--she only looks like her on the left side. The right side of her face is sort of... 'crumpled' is the best way she can put it. The skin looks like a piece of paper that's been crumpled up and stuck back on her skull, basically. The details of the image aren't sorted out, so they're up to whoever is kind enough to take this on.

So since I still see her as Blake Lively (and since there's no way I'd be able to find someone who has this kind of injury, so there's no point to changing her), I wondered if anyone who's good with Photoshop would be willing to manip an image of Blake Lively so she looks like this. I don't care what image or what she's wearing, as long as she's blonde (so no Green Lantern images, please).
