New Game: Guess the Character, Judging by the Song

I'll start. My character is Jeffrey Baron, age 23.

From the title it sounds like maybe he's ashamed of what he's become. The beginning is sad and muted, so maybe he suffered when young, in childhood, possibly abuse. Then it picks up a little, sounding more like danger, maybe he gets caught up in something, then it becomes more intense, the character is growing up, changing. Towards the end the character has become dangerous, evil/amoral hero, except he's maybe still ashamed of it. A hard life which fades back to a sad tone at the end. Signalling his death or maybe the aftermath of a battle with many dead.
