A non-nano report card/spreadsheet?

Google's only turning up nano report cards, and looking around these forums has the same result.

I'm looking for a report card for Excel that I can use with a minimum of excel knowledge (I am really bad at excel) to fit any other writing challenges, or to keep track of non-challenge novel progress. I used to have a spreadsheet that allowed you to highlight the bottom row and drag it down for as many days as you needed, but it doesn't work anymore for some reason. It was always temperamental but now it's just not working.

And because I am no good at excel, trying to modify a nano-specific spreadsheet doesn't end well and comes out with all kinds of bugs and whatnot.

Does anyone have any resources or a link I might've missed?
