Although for the sake of those who don't read it. Instead of calling myself a writer, I just say "I love to write." I haven't published anything, I'm not trying to publish. Never entered writing contests, don't really show my work to people. I just love writing, especially when I feel like it. Although others probably won't share that view, saying "I love to write." discourages a lot of weird questions concerning publishing, contests, and time management things.
