I made it! I made it! After thinking this morning that I wouldn't, I wrote 5,000 words today and freaking won! *dances*

I had to work my ass off to do it, but I finished on Saturday in time for my boyfriend's visit :D There was much jumping around and waving of arms.

All done! Very satisfied.

On about day 25 I came up with a half decent angle for my novel ... now, am I invested enough to go back and rewrite the thing? Hmm.

I made it! There was a brief moment of terror when the NaNo word count validator came up with 400 words less than my word document so I added some more words just to make sure!

*happy dance*

I'd hoped I could crack 50k with a full day to spare, but eh, I'll take about an hour past that. I did it! The story's not finished, I'm still not sure how it will end and it doesn't even have a title yet, but I'm happy enough just to get there. I honestly didn't believe I'd stick with it long enough when I started, but sometimes it's nice to be proven wrong.

Yush! I'm so relieved! I had more words than originally though so was surprised when the word count changed :D
The story ain't finished by a long shot but i'm more than happy to keep working it in December :)

Done done done! Now I have the bragging rights to a partially complete novel; very happy indeed. :) Nowhere near finished (in fact in my mind it's barely begun), but with 50K that's no reason not to celebrate!
