Beside it, there should be either "Nested" or "Flat". If it's set to "Nested", then when someone replies to a specific post rather than the thread as a whole, their post will show up directly underneath the post they responded to, and slightly indented. This will mean that the new post might show up in the middle of a thread. If your display mode is flat, then change it to nested by mousing over the word and clicking the circle. Flat means that each post will show up chronologically, which can be more confusing than nested since people might not look like they are replying to the post above them. If you're using Internet Explorer, change your browser as it sucks and will probably have problems no matter what you do. :) This is my first post in this thread, and I'm replying to the thread as a whole. If the mode you are using is flat, this will show up at the bottom of the thread. If you are using the nested mode, it will be the middle post and slightly indented. Hope this helps!
