Then get told they cannot tell you the answer, and they get the detective on duty who has thankfully heard of NaNO and promtly tells you the right answer. When you get blocked from a website for looking up posions each day and you get a message "your computer IP has been red flagged" only to find out the next week of a case in Las Vegas that used the same posion you'd been looking up/research for the last month.
