Language warning for the article (if you couldn't tell from the link). But if you can handle that kind of language, it's hilarious.

I sent it to a writer friend, and she asked whether it's funny or sad that all of this is true...^^

Worth a grin. ;-)

On the serious side, there's a brief run-down at http://www.turnoffyourtv.com/networks/foxnews/foxnews.html that covers the basics...but trying to issue endless corrections to Fox misinformation would be a full-time job, and a soul-rotting one, at that. Just...ew.

As a mentally ill person with a bipolar father, I want to smack them now. Calling someone mentally ill is not okay to use as an insult, ever. Either you're a layperson diagnosing someone, in which case STFU because you don't know what you're talking about; you're a licensed psychologist/psychiatrist diagnosing someone you don't know, in which case STFU because you haven't had a chance to formally evaluate them; or you're publicly diagnosing your own patient, in which case you can lose your license and I hope you do.

Is it just me, or is it a little weird that this thread has become all about Fox News? Someone should start a thread where people can debate about it or whatever. Not me, though. I'm not touching that one.

Well, and it's so grade-school-playground, to boot. It's hard to credit anybody associated with Fox with either intelligence or education when they resort to name-calling bullying.

I'd suggest a tall chaser of Rachel Maddow to get the taste out of your mouth. ;-/

I'd believe it. I've heard that The Daily Show is supposed to be liberal, but let's face it, if they can get a joke in, they don't care what side it is. This, ladies and gentlemen, is generally referred to as chaotic neutral.
