literary rebellion? or disguised mainstream content?

Two characters escape from reality by going on a grand adventure through time travel...

"reality" in of itself lives outside of any discernable timeline....

basically, anything is possible; there are no restrictions.

I figured, hey, it's my first real attempt at NaNoWriMo [in that I lasted until Day 4!], so I'll do whatever I want...


what genre does this fall under?

Is this the easily labeled "sci fi," or something more fun to throw at unsuspecting passerbys?

Sci-fi, I'd say.
