Name my stripper!

So hi, you probably played that game when you were a kid to find out your stripper name: Favorite ice cream flavor and then your first pet's name. But that's just not going to cut it for my stripper character. Her real first name is Bernadette, and I thought it would be funny if her stripper stage name had something to do with "burning" to sound like her name. All I thought of was "Burning Fireball" so clearly I know nothing about stripper names and badly need your help! Thanks!

Actually it's your pet's name and the street you love on.

Don't know much about strippers either, but you want the name to be sexy, not make the guys think their thingy is gonna get burned off.

Goldie Brookside does sound stripperish, actually. My current street doesn't sound stripperish at all no matter what it's paired with.

Haha mine would be Sarah 209th Avenue, which is about as sexy as a Yellow Pages ad. :)

The typo "the street you love on" made me laugh in the context. But anyways, I know Burning Fireball is an AWFUL name but it's all my brain will spit out. I know very little about stripper names, but I know this one is bad. I'm asking for help thinking of a better one. :)

It doesn't have to be "Burning" exactly. It can be anything to do with fire/hot if you want (Sizzle, Spice, Ember, etc). Normally, I think of stripper names as this:

Food (Strawberry, Cupcake, Sugar, Berry, etc.)
Fabric (Velvet, Cashmere, Leather, etc.)
Alcohol (Brandy, Tequila, Margarita, Martini, etc.)
Emotion/Adjective (Envy, Lust, Pleasure, Precious, Bliss, etc.)

Oh, and anything to do with sparkles (glimmer, gleam, etc.)

Wow this is helpful! Hmmm... ideas are forming. Something with smoke.

Can you guys tell me which is the best of these?

Red Smoke
Black Smoke
Trailing Smoke
Smoke Tiger
Sugarsmoke

(These are all sounding like Native American names... I like Sugarsmoke a lot though.)

December Morning Owl

Anything smoke didn't sound to attractive, but smoking- something does,so smoking tiger is the closest one there - tho won't tigress be more appropriate? Or just Smoking Hot, or Smothering Devil? Something that sounds a bit tacky to sound strippery

Sizzle Stix
Sireena
Dazzle

variations of Bernadette: Bera, Beradette Bernadea, Bernadeena, Bernadene, Bernadetta, Bernadina, Bernadine, Bernaetta, Bernarda, Bernardina, Bernessa, Bernina, Bernita, Nadette, Nadetta

Smoking Tiger was one of my favorites. How about Smoke Devil! I neglected this little detail that she's a saloon whore in the 1860s, so they were less open about sex even in rauchy places, so I think Smoke Devil or Smoking Devil is more appropriate than Smothering Devil. :)

Smoke Devil will be her name.

If you have any objections, speak now or forever hold your peace.

I was trying to say before I hit that freakin wrong %()R{W$#(*{#()% button! that if you're saloon is in 1860 american west, I don't think you could say that people were less open about sex even in raunchy places. Yes there were proper woman/men who frowned upon whores, but I think for the most part life was so hard and people survived in any way they could that people weren't so judgemental. Whores stayed on their side of the street, church goers on the other. In a well established town, maybe there weren't as many saloon girls or maybe they just weren't the whores they used to be. But I think in railroad town, whore-ing was was tolerated and encouraged and accepted.

Julia Bulette was a prostitute in Nevada in the 1860s. She was also a well respected philantrhopist. Sadly she was murdered.

Hm yeah this is in Boston... so I don't know I'm keeping Smoke Devil. Thanks for the information! I do have this one hoity-toity character who looks down on Bernadette, but most other characters are like 'whatevs'. *goes off to google Julia Bulette*

Volcano?
Comet? (Yeah, they're made of ice and rock--but they look fiery)
Sol? (Sun in Spanish)
Selena? (Moon--going off the sun burning and the moon reflecting the sun)
Estrella/Estelle/Star? (Stars burn just as hot as the sun)
Pyre? (As in funeral pyre--also sounds like a more feminine version of "pyro")
Torch? (As in a torch song, an old-fashioned phrase for love song)

I like Volcano but I just don't think it sounds that sexy... See above coment about not wanting guys to think their thingie will get burned off. :) Keeping Smoke Devil, but still you guys have been really helpful!
