Holiday name?!

"On their fifteenth ____, the children leave apprenticeship status and become the masters of their skill."

I'm doing some serious revising and totally changing everything, and it's really got my mind shot, and I have momentarily lost the ability to be the least bit creative. I need a name - I was thinking something-eve, but it doesn't matter - for the night when my people become the masters of the skills they'd been apprenticing in for fifteen years. It can be in any language. It just has to sound good.

Re: Holiday name?!

It could have something to do with skills, or the transition from apprentice to master.
Master's Day/Eve
All Skills Day/Eve
Tradesman's Day/Eve

(I'll admit, when I saw the thread title, my first thought was to say, "Life Day!" just to be silly.)

You should probably drop "fifteenth" and have it more "On their _____, the children leave apprenticeship status and become the masters of the skill." Similar days don't usually have time or numbers associated with them (e.g. graduation day) to allow for quicker/slower progression.

As for suggestions, how about Ascension Day/Eve.

I meant fifteenth as in, the childs' fifteenth year celebrating this day - because after witnessing the ceremony fifteen times they can be considered 'masters'.

I like the sound of Ascension Eve. :)
