Leave an item that he's been bullied with laying in some easy to find location. Flatten different tires on his car on seemingly random days until her realizes the days correlate to episodes of bullying from his past. Leave pairs of lacy ladies underwear in embarrassing placings for someone else other than him to discover. Classic jokes like knocking on the door and hiding. Send half a dozen pizzas to their house with a topping they don't like. Mail them a death certificate with their name on it. Send them pictures of them in non-specific places that could be any day in the past week, like at their favorite coffee shop. Swipe a dog from a neighbor and tie it up in their backyard to get them in trouble with the neighbors. Take naked pictures of the neighbors and blackmail them, using the other person as if they are doing it. Make fake appointments at their office to fill up their day just to waste their time.
