It's January 9th and I just reached 50,000 words. Got busy in between, but finally got back on the bandwagon. Then I thought about all those unfinished attempts, and felt I had to post.
Nanowrimo is great, but the main aspect is to get that novel started. I find the 50k thing kind of arbitrary, but you know what? It's a goal, and you guys set out to reach that goal. I know many never reached 50k, but I encourage you guys to go for it, it's never too late to finish your book that you felt so compelled to start writing.
So, get those pens and fingers going and get to 50k and post here so others in our situation don't feel so left out. :)
So who else finished after the deadline?

Re: So who else finished after the deadline?
Congratulations on finishing! Better late than never, in this case.
