Sorry if this has been asked before - but if someone stabs themselves, and it is fatal, how might their body react? Would their eyes just glaze over, or would they start jerking around and throwing up blood and all that?
He stabs himself in either the throat or the stomach. I'm not sure yet. I need him to die as quickly as possible, so I'm going towards throat, but it really doesn't have the dramatic effect of the stomach, now does it?
(properly, it's called seppuku. I am aware of this, thank you to anyone who comes along later to correct me.)
It's traditionally a two person act, one does not die fast by self-immolation. Traditionally one had an assistant who cut their necks, (after the self-immolation) almost off, and actually took their life....

if he's standing up, and turns in a circle while he's dying, the weirdo freak coroner who brings pizza to multi car accidents ( yes, there is. I met him ) can say "Now this is a classic example of your lighthouse syndrome..."

I mean, you could try it, and then spend the next hour or so realising that you probably needed a buddy.

Re: Getting stabbed?
Would they stab themself in the stomach? That's kind of a painful way to go, and not very quick.
