SBS: Superpower Boarding School SIGN UP/DISCUSSION

SBS, the boarding school for those that are, well, a little bit different. Born or blessed with gifts, the students of this establishment aren't exactly human. They can do things an average person couldn't: teleportation, mind-control, invisibility, you name it; they've had a student with it.

Naturally, it's an isolated, elite place. You are sent a letter by post and expected to attend -- after all, why not be with those with similar powers -- for the duration of your schooling, however long that may be. From elementary school right up until university, SBS has it all.

Strangely enough, it also has its fair share of troubles. Alien invasion, school-wide war, a shadowy Dean and a ring of human traffickers all have been dealt with previously. What will the new semester hold?

That's cool Contemptus. :) I won't be very active (read: SHOULDN'T be very active) for a bit due to other obligations and personal projects, but I'm really excited this is starting again. There's a few things I was wanting to make happen in the last one and never got to do, you know.

Of course. And do you think that we should continue where we left off pre-site-wipe, or start fresh? Actually, that's a question open to anyone.

Mmm... I like the idea of pre-wipe personally as that would mean I could do the Faraday thing, and we could jump right in on the action. However if we've got a bunch of people who aren't familiar with what happened that might end badly.

Sounds like this is bringing back an old one? Are new characters still okay?

I like the idea of pre-wipe as well, but it would also depend, I think, on how many people are returning from before and how many are unfamiliar with the previous plotline.

I'd prefer pre-wipe myself as well. There were a few subplot type things going on and I was excited to see how they'd play out; though I suppose if there's a lot of people who aren't familiar with what we had going...

Maybe if you want to give us new-folk a quick rundown of what happened before, I don't mind jumping into things.

Cool. Cool cool cool. We'll figure something out, and between the bunch of us, I'm sure we could come up with a complete account of what was happened pre-wipe.

And yes, new characters are allowed. It's not like you can stop someone from joining an RP, anyway.
