What's your favorite valentine novel? :)

Happy Valentine's Day!!!

I just had to ask :) What is your all-time favorite romance novel and why?

Hm

Like a River Glorious. It has fantasy characters, takes place in London in the Victoria era! The heroine is an artist! =DDD and LOVES Charles Dickens. The other one is a catty, sarcastic soap opera ish loving beauty that mercilessly cons and stomps on people. Terrible as she is, I see some of myself in her as well! The side characters are great and the bad guy, Gerald....well....he isn't just cut throat black and white. But he is a calculating cut throat man, best kind of villain. The hero Adam Burke aka Lord Burke....is....mr perfect. Not in a Gay sue manner, in fact he suffers from a pms emo passive aggressive inferiority complex due to a terrible accident. I just LOVE IT, I just finished re reading it for the millionth time.

Anything by Eva Ibbotson. I just love her quirky writing style and the way she crafts relationships. Every single one of her characters is someone I fall instantly in love with (not necessarily in a romantic manner!). :D
