Can you backdate your computer by a couple days and see if you can get it that way? My advice? Do a thorough search. A friend of mine though she'd lost half of her novel but it had somehow managed to get saved until an entirely different name in a random folder. God knows how it happened but it did and she found it! Try searching for any sentences or character names throughout your computer.
