Please—don't worry about cheaters. NaNoWriMo is an honor-system challenge; no one is cheating anyone but themselves if they don't write the novel they said they wrote. </em> If you see a post that you suspect is a troll (i.e. someone posting something deliberately inflammatory just to get a rise out of people), please do not engage them. Just let it go, they'll move along without any feedback. Please don't post shoutouts to this thread... they'll be deleted. Create a new thread, or respond to an existing one. This one is for this forum's rules and questions about them. If you see someone calling another participant out about cheating, please do not engage them; use the "report" button to bring it to moderator attention. You'd be cheating if you include the words written beforehand. However if you don't include what you have written then it can be considered fail. A mod can probably answer better.
