'get new password' email not working

Luckily, I remembered my password, but I thought I'd pass this along-
When I got the email from the site to reset my password, clicking on the link sent me to the page that said the link had already expired and that I had to send for another link for a new password...and that email did the same thing. Since the link is supposed to be good for two days, I suspect shenanigans...

Yeah, I could get into script frenzy a while ago, and now I can't. Using the same username and password. It's not letting me.

When I click the forgot my password, it neither recognizes my username nor my email address. Agh.

My friend can't get into Nano or screnzy either.

fearlesslykiki, I'm going to send you a nanomail to try and figure this out. Sorry about the trouble!

Also, you can send emails to info@nanowrimo.org at any time to get help from the office, they can often get to the tech guys a bit quicker than I can. :)
