Cannot seem to unsubscribe.

I have unsubscribed from your email list 4 times in the past two months, but I continue to receive emails. I've double and triple checked that I am unsubscribing the correct email. I do not want to receive your emails anymore, and if unsubscribing is not the way to accomplish that, then I would love to know the correct way.
