[Resolved] Couldn't donate yesterday/Store Access

I tried to donate off and on all day yesterday and the site kept timing out. :-( And I really wanted my halo - haha. Wonder if anybody else had this problem.

Oops, just so you know, the connection timed out again. I'm trying to enter via the link from Grant's link yesterday. I'll try another way.

Dan was fiddling around with things about the time you posted, so you may have encountered unexpected resistance.

I'm in the same boat. I tried for several hours to make a donation last night and STILL CAN'T get to the donation screen tonight.

I was wondering what browser you are using. Is it Chrome by any chance? And do you have an alternate browser available to try with? We're trying very hard to find the issue, but it so far isn't failing for any of us on demand.

Hi Lousy Writer, I've tried with Firefox and IE, and neither have worked for me. Haven't tried Chrome yet.

I have been trying for a week and no luck donating. I am using Safari with my MAC. It looks like the page is going to load but freezes up halfway.

I've had the same trouble the past three days. I've used Chrome and Internet Explorer. Don't worry, I'll keep trying. :o)

I've tried from home on my PC laptop with both Internet Explorer and Chrome. Also from home on my Macbook Air with Firefox. Interestingly, I could get into the store and the donation page on my PC laptop with Internet Explorer when I was on a public wifi site at a local coffee shop.

I have been trying for several days after receiving Lani's inspirational email. I wanted to donate an additional amount, but having the same problems as listed earlier. I use Mac and Safari. No luck on Lani's email link to donations or with drop down menu.

I just checked and I can't access the store. At first I thought I had a problem with using MAC and Safari, but at the beginning of the month I got a T-shirt from the store using this computer. Now I can't go to the merchandise page.

Me too. I've been trying for days to access the store/donation page and can't get through. Hoping to be able to do so soon.

Thank you SO much for your patience, guys... coming off of a long weekend, and I'm seeing if I can get some updates on how this is going with tech. :)

It IS important to us (as you can imagine!) so we're going to have this fixed as soon as humanly possible!

I just wanted to add that I'm on Chrome and Safari and neither have worked for me. I've been trying to donate since the big push a few days ago.

I do have a donation page that I started up in the beginning. It seems to be letting me in, if I donate that way don't think the halo will show up though. Just a thought.

I just donated a small sum (partly to check whether it appears in the Scoreboard) and noticed that the "Donate" bar seems to be taking me nowhere. Nothing happens when I click it (the other top items on that stripe are links, so I'd suppose that is too).

The "Donation station below it functioned normally, though, It got me to the choice of sums and after that everything seemed to work normally.

(I have had no difficulties in browsing the store, either)

I still am unable to donate, access the store, or even contact the store to tell them the issues. All other buttons on the bar work for me except for "Store" and "Donate."
