I started off NaNo with a plot I'd been developing for a while. I got to about 6,000 words and then just got really tired of the story I was writing. It wasn't going anywhere and it wasn't fun anymore. So I started over. I'm planning on writing 2,500 words a day, but it's coming so much more easily than my other plot did. So I still think I might hit that 50,000 mark if I give it my all and stick to my daily goal! I had too much to do in late-November to even think of taking it slow and steady. I finished, but I'm not really happy with my performance. I couldn't enjoy the experience because I was too busy trying to finish in time to write 3 papers.
