1. Finish Nano 2005, Nano 2007, Nano 2008, Nano 2011, and my pre-Nano novel. 2. Get one of them to the point of being submission ready and start sending it out. 3. Get my entire house decluttered, cleaned, and feng shuied. 4. Get either a day job or enough freelance work to support myself comfortably. 5. Get art hung on the walls. 6. Bake bread and bread items. 7. Trim all the dead limbs off my trees. 8. Write a short story and send it out. 9. Do a fast or a detox regimen. 10. Clean off back porch. 11. Sift one compost bin. 12. Put together another raised bed. 13. Win Nano 2012. 14. Reserve an entire table at MileHiCon for my jewelry. 15. Hang drapes. 16. Fix washing machine. 17. Fix bathroom faucet. 18. Sew up pajamas that I’ve got the fabric for. 19. Read 100 books. 20. Get some kind of regular schedule for writing. 21. Learn to knit. 22. Work on cleaning out the garage. 23. Make 100 pieces of jewelry. 24. Grow a successful garden. 25. Dry herbs from garden.
This is an ambitious list, but I've got another eleven months to work on it. There are some other things that could go on the list, like doing visualizations, start exercising, take up meditation again, but I think I'll keep those as "soft" goals. I'll keep them in mind but won't add them to the list right now. There are also other things I'd like to see done, like fixing my furnace, my front door, and my fence, but those aren't really under my control.
I think I might be able to help with the writing schedule:
As a New Year`s Resolution I ordered myself to write AT LEAST 500 words each day, no matter for which story. I made a table in WordExcel where I enter my daily word count and can calculate the total word count as well as monthly average. By the end of 2012 I should be at 183,000 words, not counting NaNoWriMo. So far, I`ve stuck to it, so you can do it, too. I hope that helps.
Thank you, forum people for removing that awful spam.
It's 3.5 months into the year, and here's how I've been doing.
1. Finish Nano 2005, Nano 2007, Nano 2008, Nano 2011, and my pre-Nano novel. I finally started working on Nano 2011 again today. Huzzah! 2. Get one of them to the point of being submission ready and start sending it out. 3. Get my entire house decluttered, cleaned, and feng shuied. 4. Get either a day job or enough freelance work to support myself comfortably. I've been trying. I've really been trying. I really don't understand why I can't get a job! 5. Get art hung on the walls. 6. Bake bread and bread items. I made some banana muffins from scratch, and I scored a 2-fer sale on organic strawberries, so I'll have to bake them into something here pretty soon. 7. Trim all the dead limbs off my trees. Some of them are so high I don't know if I can get to them, but I've lopped off a lot of the ones that I can get to. 8. Write a short story and send it out. 9. Do a fast or a detox regimen. 10. Clean off back porch. I've cleaned it partly off, but because of #7 above it's now filled with dead limbs waiting to be sawed into firewood. 11. Sift one compost bin. About 3/4 done. It's killing my back. 12. Put together another raised bed. 13. Win Nano 2012. 14. Reserve an entire table at MileHiCon for my jewelry. I've asked twice, but I'm not getting any response, so I don't know if this is going to happen or not. 15. Hang drapes. 16. Fix washing machine. 17. Fix bathroom faucet. I have tried several times, and the faucet handles I get never fit. This is back burned until I figure out what to do. 18. Sew up pajamas that I’ve got the fabric for. 19. Read 100 books. I've read 20 so far. Way behind schedule. 20. Get some kind of regular schedule for writing. 21. Learn to knit. 22. Work on cleaning out the garage. 23. Make 100 pieces of jewelry. 24. Grow a successful garden. Well, I'm growing a garden, anyway. I have peas, carrots, lettuce, spinach, broccoli, and potatoes planted. Everything except the carrots are coming up. 25. Dry herbs from garden

Re: Zoo's do's for 2012
End of February. Two months into the year. And I can't say that I've achieved anything on my list, although I've made some abortive efforts.
Re: Zoo's do's for 2012
(Going from your other thread) Hey, you're not doing too badly on number 3! Don't give up hope, Zoo!
Re: Zoo's do's for 2012
I'm working on 10 and 11, but that's it so far.
Re: Zoo's do's for 2012
At least progress is being made!
Again, good luck with all of it.
