I passed 50K before November ended so I re-set my goal for the month at 60K and just passed that. I'm still writing (5K today, although I'm not sure where I found the time) and going strong. I'm determined to keep going until I actually finish my novel. Anybody else?
Same here. Only I stopped because I didn't know what else to do in my book. It's not done yet, but I have written everything that I have planned out. So right now I am planning it all out till the end.
I really like my story and I know if I stop now I won't likely come back to it. So I'm trying to keep the momentum going. I can take a break when I'm done with my first draft, before I start proofreading.
You guys (and girls) are all awesome. I haven't written a word since November 29th and probably won't be until sometime at the end of the month or in the New Year.
Been there, doing that, though I should have kept the word flow going in November and I need to boost it in December. My tendency to 'write long' means that 50K is just a start, unless I'm writing 'short' stories.
Oooh. Me too. I hit the 50k on the 19th and continued. I finished the month with whatever my word count on the left says. My story isn't finished yet, so I'm aiming for either 100k or a finished plot by Christmas. I'm on 88k so I'm doing good. Though I am slacking a little bit now it's December - I'm handwriting other stuff instead of typing my NaNo.
Past November and still writing!

Re: Past November and still writing!
I have two chapters left to do, so two more days of writing. I passed the 50k mark, but my story was not *quite* done.
Re: Past November and still writing!
I'm still not finished with my story yet, either, despite having over 57,000 words already. I still have my climax, and then major editing to do.
Re: Past November and still writing!
Finished my first draft today at 69,659! Now for proofreading...I'm sure my timeline has at least a flaw or two since I wrote everything out of order.

No way I'm giving up on my idea. It has a lot of potential.
However, I'm putting it on the back burner, while I try and finish another novel I'm working on.
