I just wanted to say "thank you" as part of Thank ML day. I know I'm late, but I'm also behind on my word count.

It has been a crazy month for me so far. Report cards and parent-teacher conferences are draining of energy. And I haven't made it to any write-in yet, and I made quite a few last year. And I missed the meet-and-greet because of an overnight field trip. But enough about me...

Thanks for all that you've done for us on the Peninsula. I appreciate it. You're always supportive and positive. And for organizing all those write-ins - and attending them yourself. I hope to make at least one before the month is over.

And congratulations on your awesome word count!

By the way, I put in a good word about SF Peninsula on the Night of Writing Dangerously forum, because no one had mentioned us at all in terms of local write-ins and such. (Everyone mentions the South Bay... grumble.) I mentioned the one in Pacifica today for any out-of-towners.
