If you're on your Twitter homepage you can do a search for #dcnano. Once you've done that search, click on the little gear and "save search" should be an option. Also, if you're using some third party software for your Twitter feed (i.e. Tweetdeck, Hootsuite, etc.) you can actually save #dcnano as one of the "columns" and any posts that have #dcnano in them will show up in that column.
