Here are a few of them... 1. Make sure that your Subject line covers location, time, date/days, and that it's a write in. For example: Write-In Tuesdays, Atomic Billiards--Cleveland Park, 5-7 or Write-in Tuesday, November 12,Teaism-- Dupont Circle 7-9 pm 2. Make sure that the content of your message gives a more specific location as well as directions if it's a bit out of the way. For example: Who? krobin (Description of clothes, location, computer stickers) Where? Nanny O'Brien's @ Cleveland Park When? Tuesdays 5-7pm Directions? On Conn Ave. 1 block south of Cleveland Park metro, just across from the Uptown Theatre. 3. If the electricity situation is an issue, let participants know that power may be a thing. I don't see how it would be that big of a deal if we were planning it at, say, a coffee shop (unless there was a huge turnout), but you never know.
