Write In: National Portrait Gallery in the atrium; Saturday(s) Starting at 13:00 http://www.nanowrimo.org/en/forums/usa-district-of-columbia/threads/80819 Choodomir Everyone, This year I will be holding a write in for the first two weekends in November: Where: The National Portrait Gallery, which is located at Eighth and F Streets NW Washington, DC. The closest metro stops are Chinatown for the Red, Yellow and Green lines, and Metro Center if you are on the Orange and Blue lines. When: Saturday on Nov. 3rd and 10th. I am out of town the last half of the month, but I encourage those who like the location to keep this going. Who: My name is Clyde Williams. I'm tall, have brown hair that is in a buzz cut, and you will see me with a green backpack with a blue and white bike helmet. Things to Know (What): There are NO power outlets in the atrium, so come with a full battery in your laptop or pen and paper. There is a snack shop, but it is pricy. Also, the atrium is a bit hit or miss when it comes to how crowded it gets. Sometimes it is nice and quite, but it can get loud; however, there are lots of tables.
