Self-promotion post!

This is the post to tell us about non-NaNoWriMo events and promotions you'd like us to know about. Got a reading coming up? New book (or old) being published? Trying to drum up some business? We'd love to hear about it! All we ask is that you keep it here in this thread :)

Re: Self-promotion post!

Hi there! As requested, I am sharing the fact that I had my first book out with Samhain Publishing this year in September, entitled BURNING BRIGHT. I wrote it in a NaNo in March and it got accepted on an R&R (Revise and Resubmit). I'm very excited. If you're interested in hearing more about it, please feel free to visit my website; www.noonandwilder.com. I write with a coauthor, Rachel Wilder, and we had an absolute ball with it. We're hard at work on the sequel, so keep your fingers crossed!

~cheers~

Drumming up business... that sounds like something I need to do.

I'm a freelance illustrator based in Albany Park, and my client base is still way smaller than I'd like. You can see samples of my illustration, storyboard, and graphic design work at www.skippinginfinity.com.

You can also check out www.bagdropcomic.com every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to read a comic strip I write and draw.

Story out this month

Figured I'd do a little self-promoting as well. My story, "A Nice Jewish Golem" by Ao-Hui Lin (that's me) came out in Jersey Devil Press Magazine's December issue. The issue can be found here :)
