Get your freshly polished halo!

Hello friends,

If you've watched the wizard-tastic video — http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=miBhmLA62O4 — you know that NaNoWriMo and its classroom-based Young Writers Program are organized by a small Berkeley-based nonprofit called the Office of Letters and Light.

Together, the two programs cost nearly $1 million to put on this year. If you got something out of your noveling experience this November, please consider making a small donation to the Office of Letters and Light. You can contribute via credit card and PayPal at http://store.lettersandlight.org, and also find information there on donating by check. Or, check out this link for information about how to support NaNo if you're unable to make a direct donation: http://www.nanowrimo.org/en/donatingwhenbroke Donors/indirect contributors get great NaNoWriMo thank-you gifts and/or dramatically increased noveling karma.

Thank you for being such a great part of ChiWriMo this year, and for supporting NaNoWriMo's mission to help kids and adults reach their creative potential.

P.S. If you donate and then send a NaNoMail to either myself or our other Chicago-location-based ML, Necrotic.Blue, you can get entered to win a raffle with wonderful prizes at our December 4th TGIO Party! Must be sportin' that spiffy halo to qualify.

Love,
Stacy
