Seriously, even if your word count is in three digits (yes, I mean if you've written less than a thousand words - we're writers, many of us are math-challenged) or if you passed 50k so far back that those first 50k could qualify as a prologue to your novel or if you're struggling for that last couple thousand words so that you can wear a purple banner - DON'T STOP WRITING.

Come out to a write-in (I'm lonely!), come to the Desperation Libation (what? you haven't heard of the DL? It's fun wrapped in bacon dipped in ecstasy and no, I'm not overselling it), log onto the chat room, sign up for the chiwrimo google groups list, do a word sprint NOW (15 minutes - come back and read the rest of this post when you're done), tweet a NaNoWriMo haiku at @chiwrimo, validate your novel, send in a donation, buy a winners t-shirt, stay involved!

Unless your wordcount is actually zero, you have words you didn't have at the beginning of November. (And even if your wordcount is zero, you're still reading this forum and I'm still proud of you.) And with any luck and a whole lot of hard work, you've got nearly 50K of words you didn't have at the beginning of November and you should be proud of yourself, but don't stop!

It's your last chance to get active, meet people, share in the insanity and revel in the productivity. There are writeins Monday night (I'm at one right now! and I'm all alone - *sob* - oh wait, someone else has showed), Tuesday night, and Wednesday night - come with us to the Hidden Shamrock and write until midnight on Wednesday!
