Saturday Nov 26 write-in @ Caribou (9:30-11:30 AM)

So we are definitely on for Saturday, November 26th, 9:30-11:30 AM at the Caribou in the Dominick's plaza at the intersection of Ogden and North Aurora in Naperville. We may go out to lunch at 11:30 AM depending on how people feel. I'm planning to unveil our Box of Doom.

Would folks be interested in an impromptu Caribou (Naperville, maybe the @Dominicks one because there's parking there, unlike the one closer by my house) write-in the morning of Saturday, Nov 26 (say 9:30-11:30 AM)? If there is interest, we could do that and possibly have a meet-up lunch outing afterwards (e.g., at Boraan's Vietnamese Restaurant or Gemato's BBQ or some other place nearby).

I unfortunately work Saturday morning until a little after 2PM, so I'd be unable to come if it was in the morning. :(

That said, I'll probably hole up in a Caribou sometime during the afternoon.

I'll most likely still be out of town, so I won't make it.

Gemato's BBQ is good food, though, and would be a good choice for lunch.

How's Boraan's? It's been awhile since I've had some Pho.

So as things stand, it sounds like there is no interest in a morning write-in on the 26th; and Becky is possibly available sometime in the afternoon (3-ish?) where I would need to leave no later than 4 pm (meaning, that, as interest goes, probably no write-in on the 26th).

Or are there others who haven't yet replied?

I might be able to come to one, but I'll have to check. I need to get writingggg! (I would stay all day to write, too... Ahem.)

Hey Tim, you could always do what Katherine did that one weekend:

Go to write in the morning and invite anyone else along, leave when you gotta leave, and the rest of us will carry on merrily and write on until we've got to go. That way we're all writing, and there's still some overlap for everyone to possibly see each other.

If I'm not totally destroyed by 2 major trips this month, I'll be there. I will need the writing time, and the social boost from all you crazy people! 9:30-11:30 works for me, but I don't know about lunch - I'm a definite maybe for lunch!

I think we really need at least 3 people... eh?

I work until 4:30, but if my soullessmate and Sara will still be there by about 5ish, I may come out to join you then. :)

I'm going to stop by there Saturday after I'm off work. I'm hearing things about this Caribou being huge and awesome, so even if no one else is still there, I'm gonna check it out and get some writing done. :)
