I apologize if this thread has already been created... I couldn't find it anywhere, and this really helped me last NaNo.
I take no credit for this, by the way. It's just that I noticed that no one's bothered to post it yet. >.<
ANYWAY, so the rules are simple: You pick a random song. Any song, any length. And you write for the duration of that song.
For example:
Song: Tomas Jefferson, The Musical (Well, it's a musical, not a song, but whatever)
Duration: 11 minutes.

And while it definitely won't be literary genius, I need to motivate myself to do it somehow. So song wars here I come!
