I had a vague idea of the story centering around the Evil Babies as teenagers, when one of them stumbles across a confidential file and realizes they were born in another era; they then set out on a quest to discover just where they all came from, and why they're at the Orphanage. I thought they would all start out with ambiguous nicknames - for example, Liz (Elizabeth Bathory), Ace (Adolf Hitler), and J.C. (Jesus Christ... not that he's evil, but more people have died in religious wars than in the Holocaust, so I figured it would be a funny gag for him to end up there). I wish I could think of a good enough story arc to write it.
