Well, the elections are sucking up time again (and these are just the primaries! It's going to be a long election...) and as a firmly I-don't-care non-voter (I'm not legally allowed to vote, so... I don't see the point in caring right now) it's annoying to see the republicans squabble about who's the most republican. O.o
Anyone else feeling the heat of the election? Want to talk about anything but? Here's the place!
Ah, I do remember the aggravation of having to deal with election years. Enjoy that ignorance and irresponsibility while you can. And imagine how much more annoying it was when ALL THREE tv channels were totally focused on politics!
(When viewed as a comedy, the antics of the GOP are pretty amusing this year. But it's very dark humor.)
I'm not a Republican or Democrat, and I can see this coming year getting very ugly on both sides. I'm also a pretty much straight down the middle moderate so both sides tend to snipe at me. The conservatives think I'm too liberal and the liberals think I'm too conservative.
Not sure I count as apolitical, but it's nice to have a politics-free zone where I can avoid all that.
Part of me feels like I should care more, but every time I pay attention to the political climate I just can't. Nothing constructive is going on, and all I see is mudslinging and pandering. So I gave up.
Apolitical nanos?

Re: Apolitical nanos?
Don't feel too bad, Kay. You can always do a write-in vote for someone you think would actually make a difference.
