My name is Amanda. I work in home health care, which is perfectly fine, if not boring and icky sometimes, but I've always longed to write. Stick me somewhere with nothing to do, and a pen and paper, and I'll make something up before very long. Unfortunately, even though my job is frequently boring, I do not get the opportunity to write, which drives me nuts! This summer (2012) I took an EMT class, and just finished my licensing exams on November 2nd. So hopefully soon I'll be working in another boring and icky job, where at least I'll be able to write, and get paid a little more, too. But Nano comes first! :)
