In the midst of college applications and what not, I'll be thrilled if I can even make it to 20k. So that's really my goal. Yes, I could probably go do the Young Writer's program and make that official, but there's something about the layout of this website that just feels satisfying and comfortable. And the Word Goal Generator on their site told me I should be able to write 67,500 words in a month. That calculation alone betrayed all of my trust. I've written a novel before and I'll do it again... but this year 20k is the name of the game. Mock me as you wish.
