Author bio:

I'm a creative writing student currently on hiatus. I'm a comic books fan. I write. I talk about writing a lot more than I actually write, but that's a technicality.

I recently started FYeahNaNoWriMo with a friend over on Tumblr. If you're looking for me elsewhere, I have a few LJs where I stash all of my fanfiction. My most recent home away from home has been Norsekink, and you can find me on LJ under Anshin_Kinkmeme if you're looking for my fills. I'm a fanficcer at heart, and as much as I love original fiction, sometimes, the only thing you can do to satisfy the writing bug is to squee with some friendly fans and get dirty with fanfic.

I've done NaNoWriMo since I first heard about it in 2005, which was a week-late start that crashed and burned. But after that, I couldn't get enough, and I've done it every year since, with three wins under my belt, I'm proud to say. I've also done Screnzy a couple of times, and a non-affiliated event called SoCNoC, which is basically NaNo in June.

NaNo 2005: Let's not talk about that. I think it was 5K, longhand.
NaNo 2006: Untitled, 26K
SoCNoC 2007: Untitled, 24K
NaNo 2007: There's No Wrong Way to Eat Pie Filling, 51K
SoCNoC 2008: Southern Revival, 35K
NaNo 2008: Fatal Hilarity, 70K
NaNo 2009: From the Grave to the Cradle, 73K
Screnzy 2010: The Castles of New Orleans, 18 pages
NaNo 2010: Soldier in the Sun, 14K
NaNo 2011: Dirge for a Dead Man Walking, 51K
Screnzy 2012: Probably Yours
