Author bio:
I've been writing for several years, varying wildly in my output. Writing for me, these past few years, has never been about putting something terrific on paper. Mostly, it's a compulsion that manifests itself at the oddest of times.
NaNoWriMo gave me permission to look at the odd tangle of my brain and declare it useful. If you've ever had a colleague in a meeting who will sit quietly, listening to problems, proposals and demands before coming completely out of the left field with a half-baked plan that will turn out to be either brilliant or rubbish (50/50 chance), that's me.
At the moment, I'm finishing my master after getting seriously stuck. This novel's going to be both a lot of weird creature fun and putting my summer in Hyderabad, India on paper when I'm not working on that.
