Author bio:

A high school student who's stupidly trying to do NaNoWriMo and apply for college at the same time. Let's see how this goes.

Writing is my one true love and future college major! In addition to this year's NaNoWriMo, I'm currently in the process of writing my first non-NaNo novel, which actually grew out of last year's NaNoWriMo attempt. I also write the occasional fanfic for a variety of stuff.

I love horror and romance, but I don't think of my writing as being tied down to a certain genre. I just write the kind of stories I like to write. Bugs, children, creepy stalkers, One True Loves, horrible murders, incomprehensible beings, underwater motifs, old buildings, and musically inclined characters show up a lot in my writing. My protagonists vary in gender, background, appearance, and sexuality a lot, but they tend to be young, because, you know, so am I. That said, I think I'm pretty good at getting into the heads of a variety of people.

But this year I'm writing a silly joke novel.

Check out my tumblr! I'll be writing about the NaNo process this year!
