I can never really think of what to write here. So I'll start with the basics. I'm Vicky, and this is my 4th year of NaNoWriMo. Unlike past years, my 'schedule' is pretty much free, so I'll probably spend most of November doing a combination of hibernating and writing simultaneously. I have a blog, a blog that will most likely be neglected through November because I am possibly the only woman on the face of the planet who can't multi-task, but it's not like I have a job or anything ...

Hm, what else? Well, honestly, I don't really know ... I'm uh, trying something new this year? Heavily influenced by a few months of reading little else but work by Bret Easton Ellis and Chuck Palahniuk, therefore, I have no idea if I'm going to reach the finish line this year. Honestly. I'm cutting out all of the purple prose this year (yes, all of it) and taking a leap into the relative unknown. (:

I don't really feel like there's much else to cover here, but you're welcome to try and squeeze it out of me! My life is pretty dull. I'm a pretty dull person, and slowly becoming something of a hermit ... I started to realize this as a fact when I discovered that I'd started putting on make-up and straightening my hair to go food shopping. Or to pick my sister up from school. Or to sit on the patio. Read. Watch TV. Yes, when all else fails to amuse, putting on make-up for no real reason is always the solution ... it's kind of like dressing up, but on a lesser scale.

And that is indeed, that. xD I've honestly run out of things to say!
