I've been writing since, well, basically, since I learnt to write. I tend towards fantasy and scifi where ever possible but I have also (you are sworn to secrecy) branched out into random things like Regency romance, so there are no limits :) I've done (and won, yay) NaNo 5 times before, so I know all the stress, horror, and joy of November novels -- and I know that it actually is possible to write 50,000 words in a month. And those novels can even become something good: I'm currently trying to edit one NaNo novel with the idea of getting it published. So don't throw away those awful first drafts until you've had another look at them!
