Author bio:

2012 was supposed to be the year I
a. knuckled down to rewrite and edit and polish my 2010 NaNovel into something actually readable; and
b. devised a neat, comprehensive, and above all workable outline for my 2012 NaNovel.

2012 decided to be the Year of Domestic Dramas instead.

So with only a vague starting point (lifted from a passing reference in a biography of Fanny Kemble) and a handful of continuing characters, I'm going to let my plotting hair down and do something different.

Tarot cards.

Because nothing says NaNo like building almost an entire novel upon the whims of chance, does it?

This is going to be either crazy fun, or a complete and utter literary disaster.
