Author bio:
Southern girl, both by birth and at heart. I love the peace of the desert and seeing the moon & stars at night. Miss grass, trees, and rain something awful. I will always feel at home on a military base. I've been referred to as organized chaos, animated, entertaining, and possibly a little unbalanced. I am a Scorpio, through & through, and darn proud of it. I love to play. I am not your average gamer chick. I've been known to cook, bake, & put up dishes while singing along with my MP3 player and dancing around the kitchen. Psychology & Philosophy are my academic loves. Family & close friends, good music, and my furbabies are all that I need. Nothing is as entertaining as watching my cat just being herself. I don't give up, back down, or surrender. I would love to study the various faiths and beliefs. I live for that moment of complete peace. And don't tell me I can't do something.
========================
I've been adopted by a figment named Mephers, a white mouse with turquoise eyes who often sits on my shoulder.
I've also adopted a couple of Hellhounds, Zodiac & Ashura. Though, at the moment, they're having more fun playing with each other than doing their jobs. >.>
A WordCount Dragon named Nyrra -- "About the size of a healthy medium-sized dog, Nyrra has perfect gold scales that shimmer and shine in sunlight and moonlight alike, and bright blue eyes that light up with curiosity every time she sees you writing. She doesn't require you to be writing every waking moment, but she tends to whip your butt with her tale if you've gone for too long without adding a few hundred words to your totals. She loves fantasy and supernatural fiction of all kinds, and has a bright purring trill of a laugh."
A Kitsune whom I've named Akari -- "She looks exactly like a red fox in size and in color. Except for one thing, her bright blue eyes that will pretty much dart everywhere in excitement. She really wants to see how your novel is going and will encourage you with advice until you finish it. But be warned, her advice isn't very helpful at all and it can be as silly as "Maybe you should add a bee who can turn into a golf club in your story!". But hey, that might lead to interesting plot bunnies. She has a handful of three fluffy tails, all of them actively flicking up and down happily."
And, to compliment her, another Kitsune named Flare -- "She is a bright red fox sized kitsune, she will curl up in your lap when she get's tired. But, for the most part she's darting from one side of the room to the other, blurting out random character names and personalitys. She's not very good at telling you setting ideas, probably because she can't stop long enough to actually look at any of the settings."
