90 Day Challenge: 90K from Jan to March: COMPLETE as of Jan. 20th.

Both Camp NaNos as well as NaNo2013 (see Milwordy ;) )
Promoting current works (see below).
In the beginning there was light. Shortly after man came and began recording tales spun from fact (and fiction) on any surface. This carried on into modern day authors and I consider myself a story-teller. Not famous, planning to be well-known (who isn't?) and challenging myself by doing this yearly.
I have multiple works out as I'm an "indie" author:
Tale of the Twins Book 1: Gathering and Destruction: First book in a trilogy. It's about a vampire with split personality disorder who helps twins Lysandra and Leopold save and destroy the city they inhabit.
Small Slice of the Undead: A zombie anthology with six short stories about zombies.
Apocalyptic: A Doomsday anthology with five short stories about the end of the world. It introduces another universe of mine called Ambrosia which is the setting for a trilogy I plan to put out in the future.
'Tis Hallow's Eve: A collection of Halloween/Horror stories. There's clowns, witches, ghosts, and every other creepy thing that you would think goes bump in the night.
Hodgepodge: A mixed theme anthology with stories that couldn't be included in the above three anthologies for some reason or another.
Have a Bloody Christmas: Christmas-themed horror novella. 'Nuff said. ;)
My Sweet Valentine: Another holiday themed horror novella that proves love is sometimes evil and bloody.
I'm an avid reader of almost all genres and have a personal library of over 1,000 books. I dabble in website design and wish I could be a professional student. On that note, I have taken courses in forensics and criminal psychology so I can successfully write a series of crime fiction novels I plan to write. The first is titled: Face Snatcher.
Glean more information about me here: http://www.vonravenstone.com. If you want to buy the aforementioned books go to smashwords: https://www.smashwords.com/profile/view/dairennav. There's also a fun picture of me there if you want to see the person you may spot in the forums while we work towards this crazy goal.
Some fun facts:
My first NaNo I finished with a final word count of a little over 100,000 working 6 hours most nights (after working all day) and all day on most weekends.
The second NaNo I finished with 175,000 words and change.
I finished NaNo12 with 200,000 words and finished my writing year with over 1,000,000 words.
I'm generally insane. ;)
I don't like to tell people my age because it keeps them guessing.
I've finished seven other novels besides the NaNo one (110,000+ words) in 2012.
I tend to talk. A LOT. I also ramble. All this is made worse when I hit upon a subject I'm interested in.
If you've read this far, you get a cyber hug and cookie. Enjoy. :)
