I've been thinking up stories since the first time I got a Barbie (pregnancy, full body casts from bed skiing accidents, and other so many other soap opera type plots). I started writing them down when my written vocabulary exceeded my name. Their was no spell check with crayons or jumbo pencils so most of the words were grossly misspelled. I still can't spell, but that's what spell check is for.
Last year was my first nano and the first time I completed novel. I have a library full of first and second chapters. I've learned that I just need to write and get the story on paper then go back and correct my grammar, spelling, and name selection for supporting characters.
Besides writing, my passions are my two children and crafting.
