Author bio:
I've been playing with children of all ages for twenty years. I currently live in Vancouver, BC and have taught creative writing, spokenword, and imaginary world building for such places as Learning Through the Arts, Vancouver Film School, Capilano University, ABCDE Sears Drama Festival, and Creative Writing for Children Society.
I'm an accomplished spokenword artist and have performed at hundreds of events from Seattle’s Bumbershoot Arts Festival to the Labyrinth Poetry Series in Vienna, Austria. I also write for the screen. The first book in my children’s fantasy adventure series, Brigitta of the White Forest, was adapted from one of my original feature film scripts. Book Two in the series, The Ruins of Noe, is scheduled for release in early 2012.
