Synopsis
A day in which the stars line-up together; once a day to be celebrated, now a day which brings up the horrors of the current reality. But before the world came to its darkened state, what did that day mean? The knowledge that was once known by all, now lost in a foreign socity.
With a look to the future - or is it the past? - that knoweldge is coming back in its purest form: the unsuspecting children who still contain the potential which once completed them all. No explenation, no support - just a goal.
Excerpt
They did it. They actually did it.
Each took his place, the pedestal marked with his color. They grinned at each other, celebrating the most important mission of their life. The thin lines which indicated their way were the only light sources in the room, yet they could see the finish clearly through the darkness.
When the first pedestal lighted up with its color, they finally recognized where everyone stood. One by one, they did what they had to. With a small hand gesture, the room and with it the world came back to life, one step at the time. Everyone cheered; it would be the moment they would tell their children all about.
Then her voice sounded over all of their excited exclaims, shrieking in pain, and everything took a dive to the worse.
