I graduated of Central Michigan University with a BA in music three years ago, so I will no doubt, die in poverty. I work 3rd shift at a hotel front desk right now so I have plenty of time kill so I guess you can say I am one of the few people who will be earning money while writing for Nanowrimo. Of course, I do have a second job now so there goes free time to meet up for write-in this year. This worries me as I attempted Nano for several years before I actually started going to write-ins and getting involved. Those years trying to go it alone, I never won. It wasn't until I started getting support, and, more importantly for me, competition and accountability, that I finally had my first win in 2010. I also won last year so I'm hoping that the forums and chat room will be enough this year to help me find my third win.
